Happy New Year!

Seven Courts had a Christmas Lighting contest for all residents.  There were 3 categories:
The Grand Prize won by 101 E. Orange and an honorable mention going to 101 Hapsburg
Most Creative Use of Lights was won by 112 Bourbon and
Best Yard Display was won by 28 Hapsburg with the honorable mention going to 16 Hapsburg. 
Thanks to everyone for your participation, we will be looking forward to even more creativity for next years contest!
Thank you to our judges, David Marks, president of the Perry Hall Improvement Association and Dee Hodges, a long time resident of Perry Hall.  

We collected prizes worth over $350
from local merchant donations!
Free haircuts from Brian Bunce Barbers located in the new plaza adjacent to the Rommel's Ace Hardware,
A weekend rental for a Moon bounce that will include a popcorn machine and popcorn as well from Rommel's Ace Hardware
Free Pizza from Vocelli's Pizza
Free Pizza from Fratello's Pizzeria
A gift certificate from Edible Arrangements

We Need Your Help!

Welcome to the Seven Courts Community Association.   We have started making the newsletter a monthly occurrence.  We are looking for an easier and less expensive way to deliver the newsletter. For winter, we would like to get a large number of residents on the e-mail roster.  The promise is that we will not pass your e-mail along to anyone else and will send you one e-mail per month that includes the Newsletter.  

If you are capable of helping in this way, please email me so we can add you to the list immediately!  (My boys will thank you in the middle of December and January when we are walking around delivering them!)
